01. demoparts can use any space from $0500-$3FFF, the complete zeropage ($0000-$00FF) and the whole of the stack ($0100-$01FF). 02. demoparts can rely on the following: - screen is entirely black when started; (the screen is turned off, so you have to set $FF06 in your startup); - sound is off. 03. when your part stops: - turn all sound off; - leave a blank, black screen; - jump to $0200. 04. since the memory from $0200 to $04FF is occupied by the loader-system, it's no good idea to use lots of rom-calls (BASIC command, I/O stuff, math functions) in your demo; otherwise, better you contact us. 05. demoparts should be supplied unpacked. 06. demoparts should employ a timeline. it's ok to support user interaction (like stopping or aborting the timeline) but WITHOUT user interaction, every part has to end after some time automatically. 07. no SIDcard allowed, use the TED instead! 08. if - by any chance - you are able to make your part ntsc-compatible: do it! 09. you can have multiple entries. 10. you can drop us a commenting text (max. 188 characters long) to your demopart that will be shown during loading.
